Promotion of educational opportunities and commitment for gender equality through qualified and holistic education. This is influenced by the Franciscan values of love, compassion, and joy, as well as the respect for human dignity and the environment.

To address poverty, suffering, injustices and their causes through the provision of a holistic education of high quality to all learners. St. Francis and Clare School provides new possibilities for the Zambian youth which are based upon an inclusive, and sustainable approach. Integrity and dedication is what the school stands for.
