Everyone is excited to be back in school. A lot of expectations as the fear of Covid 19 Pandemic still exiting. However, everyone; both teachers and learners pledge to follow all covid 19 laid down golden rules to fight the pandemic!
Taking time to thank God and dedicate the year into His hands is very important for the members of staff and everyone else at school. The year 2023 has begun with a Day of Prayer and Reflection for the members of staff with call to effectively impart knowledge, values, skills and right behaviour in the learners. The facilitator was Fr. Jonas Phiri.
This event took place on Friday,6th January, 2023 at The Faith and Encounter Centre of Zambia (FENZA) Bauleni Township, Lusaka
They are focused ,committed and disciplined, and yes, all that has yield fruits. The School Managing Agency, Administration and staff wish to convey congratulations to the 2022 Grade 9 candidates for having recorded a 100% pass. Congratulations!
The Thanksgiving Mass for the 2022 Examination Classes was held on Wednesday, 2nd November 2022 in the school hall. It was administered by Fr. Darlington [in the picture].
In his homily, Fr. Darlington encouraged the learners to remain hopeful and steadfast as they go in the examination room. He prayed for them and blessed their writing instruments.
Also, this day coincided with all Soul's Day, A Day in the catholic church when the members remember and celebrate the lives of their departed relatives.
May the souls of all the departed continue resting in eternal peace.
The school Managing Agency, Sr. Loice, talking to the learners during the Thanksgiving Mass for the 2022 Examination classes which was held on Wednesday, 2nd November 2022 in the school hall. She encouraged them to sow good seeds that will make one harvest multiple good ones. She added that living life of being focused, eventually gives rewards. Patience is a virtue that a human being must treasure and live by. All these can be achieved with discipline as it is the vehicle for success.
She finally wished the students best of luck during their National Examinations.
St Francis and Clare Secondary School today, on 28th of October, 2022, celebrated , Thanks Giving Mass with other learners from other catholic schools at Cathedral of the Child Jesus. The Mass main celebrant was His Grace The Archbishop, of Lusaka, Dr. Alick Banda.He is seen in the pictures with some of our teachers and learners.

The 2022 Ash Wednesday Mass at school was held on 2nd March,2022.
The Zambian Government closed all the schools amid the Corona-virus [Convid-19]outbreak ,on the 18th March ,2020.Schools were given instructions that teachers and pupils should not be going to school.
